Why does my 2001 ford tarus ses start smoking under the hood in the engine/fan area?

It smells like oil burning and its a light smoke in color.No problem lights come on.I had the ac done and i put steering fluid in it.So what else could it be?thanks for all answers.

check the anti-freeze. it might be getting on the radiator and engine and burning.
