Please help me deal with my local dealership!! They screwed me over!! :*(?

I took my car to my local dealership ( I have no problem saying their name.. Ford Lincoln Mercury of Grove Hill, AL ) for an estimate of repair for my drivers side car window. While they were checking that out they broke the switch for the passenger side window. I took it back to have them fix it but they just made it worse. Also, they refused to admit that there was even a problem. I know I%26#039;m not crazy, because after I left there I took it to another mechanic and he wrote me out a ticket stating it was broken. I talked to the general manager, the parts manager and everything, and noone was helpful. They just said that things like that happen. They also lied on the ticket they gave me, saying that it was fixed, when it wasnt. They refused to write me out another one. Im so broken hearted about this. Not so much the window, but just the fact they would take advantage of me like that. Ive contacted the BBB but I dont know what else to do.. What else can I do?? Please help...

Really not much you can do. Civil court is an option, just not a real good one.

you are pretty much sol

find a different mechanic
Reply:Take them to small claims court.
Reply:Contact Ford. Not your local dealer. It may take some patience and some research but if you can file a complaint with Ford against the local dealership you may get some results. Be patient and don%26#039;t give up.
Reply:I dont see how you were taken advantage of. You didn%26#039;t mention anywhere in all of that anything about money out of your pocket. Why would they even touch the switch if they were working on the drivers side? Sounds to me like it was already broke or on the borderline of breaking. Before you waste time in court, list what you%26#039;d be suing them for exactly, I%26#039;d like to see that. You can post your vent on rip off report dot com if that makes you happy.
Reply:contact ford, like the other guy said--my girlfriend had a problem with her car and the dealership would do nothing and she e-mailed ford about it and finally they called her and set up a time for her to take it in and the dealer had to fix everything free--it took awhile but just keep e-mailing ford over and over
